Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Real-money balance deposited by the player is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
Withdrawal delays: kk33game reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal for up to 72 hours for additional security checks where an account has triggered fraud or money laundering indicators. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a review period.

Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to real-money balance or withdrawn.
All bonuses at kk33game carry an expiry date. Any Bonus Funds not wagered before the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account. Expiry dates are stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets at kk33game. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface. kk33game reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time for individual players or globally, without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kk33game. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the player will be notified by email where possible. During a suspension, the player cannot access their account, place bets, or request withdrawals. kk33game aims to complete investigations within 10 business days and will communicate outcomes to the player.
Where an account is closed by kk33game due to a Terms violation, any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed, real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus Funds are always forfeited upon account closure regardless of reason.
